"Tanya's Desert Star" is the story of a young teen who wishes she could wish upon a star. If she could, she would wish for a best friend whom she could keep forever, for life to be good and not always so disappointing, for her tomorrows to be brighter than her yesterdays. So one magical summer, far away in a golden desert, she finds that all she ever needed to wish for became hers, in the form of a Saluki. The book also includes a page "All About Salukis". This 126-page paperback was published in 1997 and is 5.5" x 7.5". It is in great condition. However, the previous owner's name was written on the inside front cover and then "blacked" out with black marking pen. And the date NO 21 '97 is stamped on the title page. $9.95
